No-Till Food Plot Installation & Maintenance
Rate: $250 per acre (labor)
Includes no-till planting, light site prep, and overseeding for attraction and soil health.
Add-Ons:
Seed & fertilizer billed at cost
Spraying (Simazine, Glyphosate, or 2,4-D): +$40 per acre
Crimping or mowing: +$40 per visit
Soil testing: $50 per plot
Bedding Area Design & Construction
Rate: Half Day (up to 4 hours on site): $300
Full Day (up to 8 hours on site): $500
Add-On: Cover Plantings (Switchgrass Clumps + Spruce/Pine Seedlings)
Enhance bedding areas with strategically placed vegetation that establishes quickly and provides long-term structure, security, and thermal cover. Ideal for improving bedding pockets, wind protection, and overall bedding quality.

Screening & Edge Planting
Rate: $3.00 per linear foot
Includes layout planning, planting, and light site preparation to create visual screening between bedding, feeding, and access areas.
Travel Corridors
Rate: $1.00–$4.00 per linear foot (Dependent on thickness)
Hand-cut, narrow deer travel paths designed to direct movement between bedding, food, and stand locations. These corridors are not wide machine-cut lanes — they are natural funnel cuts, typically only 2–6 feet wide, created using a chainsaw and hand tools for minimal disturbance and maximum predictability.
Tree Stand Hanging & Setup
Professional hanging and setup of stands for safe and efficient hunting access.
SAFETY POLICY: Lifelines are required unless the client declines in writing. Lifelines are provided and billed at cost.
Hang-on stand with lifeline install: $150 per set
Ladder stand assembly & install: $200 per set
Shooting lane trimming included with each set
Minimum standalone visit: $150
Hunting Blind Construction
Rate: $2,000 base price**
6′ × 6′ custom-built blind using wood or metal siding, designed for comfort and durability.
Add-Ons:
Windows: +$150 each
Insulation: +$350
Cell Camera Surveillance
Rate: $10 per month per camera
Includes regular monitoring of cell cameras for deer activity, trespassing, and overall habitat use. Ideal for tracking movement patterns and property activity throughout the season.
Invasive Species Removal
Rate: $600–$1,200 per acre
Mechanical and chemical removal of invasive shrubs and trees (e.g., buckthorn, honeysuckle). Work includes cutting and appropriate chemical treatment for long-term control.
Add-Ons:
Winter piling & controlled burning: $200–$400 per acre
Trail Maintenance
Rate: $0.50 per linear foot
Includes mowing and cleaning trails using a pull-behind rough-cut mower, ideal for maintaining access routes for hunting, equipment, and wildlife movement.
Add-Ons:
Brush reopening or saw work: +$0.25–$0.50 per foot
Trail layout or reroute plan: $150–$300
Minimum standalone mowing visit: $200
